ADVANTAGES

Reel less, effortless cycle, high fabric quality

Design with no reel and effortless fabric circulation cycle, the fabric is carried into the nozzle with most effective position and hence lowest fabric tension. No reel friction and no reel tension on the fabric, achieving the highest fabric quality.

 

Hybrid design 

The upper guiding pipe is designed with effortless flow and combined with pros of down flow guiding pipe, hence called Hybrid. Allows fabric to flow easily into nozzle (low nozzle pressure) and fabric is travelled through guiding pipe fully submerge in water in a relaxed position, increasing the quality of dyeing.

 

Low liquor ratio, energy efficient design 

Chamber is specially designed to reduce the water consumption when dyeing. Inner plate is patent design with special w-shaped corrugated floor. Fabric is flowing unhindered in its circulating cycle without need of large motor pump, saving electricity cost. 

 

Unique inner plate design, high production capacity 

Special designed inner plate plus large chamber structure, allowing one single nozzle to dye up to two rope of fabric at one time (for fabric <175g/yard). Greatly increase the production capacity (increase up to 40% and above) and reducing the cycle time required, achieving a very even color shade.

 

Central control system, automatic computer control 

The machine is fully automatic controlled with advanced computer system. Design to have a precise dye feeding control, greatly enhance the dyeing success ratio and quality of dyeing. In conjunction with the central control system will provide better production system and management.

 

Expansion device, no crease mark & no rolling selvedge 

The front expansion device provides continuous impact & frequently changes the fabric position. Good to provide fabric expansion and to open filament, effective against curling fabrics. Rear expansion device allows the fabric to relax and softening, increasing the quality of dyeing.
